You only pay once you accept a quote — nothing is charged while you're still deciding. Changed your mind? Cancel within 30 minutes of paying and you're refunded in full.

Most are passionate home cooks rather than restaurant chefs — and that's the point. Chefs share their food hygiene certificate with us, and every order can be rated publicly, so reputation is built one meal at a time.

Message your chef directly on the order — most things are sorted in a few minutes. If it needs us, use Report a problem on the order and a real person will pick it up.
